Our End of tenancy, Move in/Out cleaning are carried out by a team of professional cleaners with all materials and equipment required to complete the cleaning job. We have designed our End of tenancy to give you the very best cleaning standard at an affordable rate We know how important is to leave a property immaculate, whether you are moving out or in a rented accommodation or you are selling your home you will benefit from our End of tenancy cleaning which is ideal package if you are relocating to a new home and you need it to be cleaned perfectly. We can do an intense pre/post-tenancy cleaning in a day, leaving your property in the best possible condition. This cleaning service is also created for people who buy or sell properties, including estate agencies. If your tenancy agreement comes to an end this service is especially you, to save you cost and time.

What’s Included in a Move in/out Clean?
An average cleaning can take between 2-8hrs, dependant on the property size and condition, and this service is carried out by between 2-5 specialist members of the IMCS Team.
The standard cleaning provided by the IMCS Team is very thorough. If you have special requests or priorities, please be sure advise a member of our team at the time of booking.

We provide all the necessary cleaning materials and equipment required to carry out your clean. Where possible, we endeavor to use eco-friendly products at all times.
Water & Electricity
Your premises must have water and electricity, if there is no access water or electricity and you have not informed us about this in advance, we will not carry out the cleaning and will not issue a refund.
Rubbish Removal
Our staff cannot be expected to take the rubbish with them, we will gladly empty your bins and put the trash bags into your rubbish container.
Parking
If there is no free parking available nearby, we will have to add any parking charges to your bill.
Quality Control
Once the cleaning service has been completed, you will be expected to check the result immediately after with our onsite supervisor. If you happen to notice something you are not satisfied with, our staff will gladly clean it again free of charge.
If you cannot be present to check the result, we will not be offering a free return service once we have left the site.
Payment
We take cash/check/bank transfer payment.
Invoice will be provided either onsite or via email after completion of cleaning
